Welcome to the first ever Value Investing Journey Online Mastermind.

Today, I want to answer some questions about this upcoming mastermind to help you understand how you can benefit.

What Will this Mastermind Cover?

In this first Mastermind, we’re going to analyze Microsoft’s (MSFT) most recent annual, quarterly, and proxy reports.

Sign up to our mailing list here and get 5 Free Gifts that will help you evaluate stocks better and faster.  One of these allowed me to evaluate 3,943 stocks in 40 days manually... And I want you to have it for free.

We going to read through, take notes on, answer questions about, and analyze these financial documents for Microsoft.

I’ll show you step by step how I read and analyze financial reports.

You’ll learn red flags I look for and how to find hidden assets.

We’ll go over any questions you have in depth so you understand how to evaluate financial reports on a deep level yourself.

Other than a preliminary analysis I did of Microsoft for someone in the Value Investing Journey Facebook group a while back, I’ve never evaluated Microsoft before.

You’ll see how I go through financial reports from first glance to the final analysis so you can do the same.

What is a Mastermind?

I can’t speak for other Masterminds but in this one, you and 10 other people, 11 including me, will meet every week online to talk about Microsoft and its financials.

In between these periods, I’ll read and take notes on points of interest during the section of the financial reports that we will talk about during our sessions.

You’ll also do this if you want to learn the most, but not a requirement.

You and the other participants will interact with each other, ask and answer questions, and give your analysis of Microsoft as you see it.

Where Will it Take Place?

Online via free video conferencing software Zoom.

Want to learn how to find, evaluate, value, and buy great stocks fast?  Ones that have helped me produce average annual investment returns of 23.5% per year on average in the first 9 years of my career?  Click here to learn more about our Value Investing Masterclass.

When Will it Happen?

The Mastermind sessions will begin the week of October 14th. Edit: Please watch out for new release date.

There are three weekly options to choose from:

  • Every Wednesday from 5:30 PM to 7 PM EST
  • Every Thursday from 10:30 AM to 12 PM EST
  • Every Sunday from 10:30 AM to 12 PM EST

The time that receives the most sign ups will be the one we do.

If an equal amount of people sign up for multiple days, we’ll do both.

How Much Will it Cost?

Only $97.

I charge upwards of $1000 per hour for my time in the arena of value investing and finance education and consulting.  So, at true value, this mastermind should cost north of $5,000 per person.

But you’ll get the same interaction for only $97 for the entire Mastermind.

And you get the same in-depth discussions and knowledge.

How Long Will the Mastermind Last?

As of right now, the plan is for this to last 5 weeks. This may go longer due to the length of the financials and how many questions people have during the live sessions, but 5 weeks is the target.

Each individual Zoom session is planned to last between 1 and 2 hours.

What Will You Learn?

How to read and analyze financial reports like a professional.

The plan is, after this Mastermind, you’ll have the confidence to read financial reports by yourself so you can analyze potential investments.

Why is this Limited to Just 10 People?

I want you to get your questions answered and be involved with the other group members. Over 10 people or so, and this becomes harder to do.

How Can You Sign Up?

Sign ups are live and you can join here.

Is there a Way I Can Preview What We’ll Learn?

Yes. Here’s a link to a YouTube video.

It’s a training session with one of my Masterclass and Coaching program students.

In this video, we spend 16 minutes talking about only 7 words in a company’s financial reports.

Why?

So he would fully understand the various nuances involved in this sentence, so when he comes across it in the future, he could understand and evaluate this section himself.

This is the kind of depth you can expect from these Mastermind sessions too.

I hope to see you in this Mastermind soon.

Jason

P.S. This is only available to the first 10 people so make sure to sign up here.
